RIDLY is a senior-led e-commerce engineering practice. We build, scale, and rescue online stores for businesses that have outgrown agency models and need real engineering ownership. Founded by Roman Tsehynka — 15+ years in e-commerce engineering. Spent the last decade-plus inside one e-commerce engineering company: engineer → Head of Engineering → CTO → co-owner. Built and led a 40-person engineering team shipping across Magento, Shopify, Shopware, and WooCommerce. Stood up an AI product practice from scratch — 5 production AI agents now in live use.
