Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by RIDLY (Sole Proprietor Tsehynka Roman Bohdanovych, Tax ID: 3236904735).

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer refunds under the conditions described below.

2. Digital Products (Themes, Plugins, SDK Pro)

2.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all digital products:

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase
  • The product must not have been deployed to a production environment
  • You must not have used the product commercially

2.2 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a digital product:

1. Email us at roman.tsehynka@gmail.com

2. Include your order number and purchase date

3. Briefly explain the reason for the refund request

We will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

2.3 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available if:

  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • The product has been deployed to a production site
  • The product has been used commercially
  • You have violated our license terms

3. Services (Custom Development, Consulting)

3.1 Before Work Begins

  • Full refund if you cancel before work has started
  • No fees for cancellation at this stage

3.2 During Active Work

  • Refunds are calculated based on work completed
  • You pay only for work that has been delivered
  • Unused prepayment will be refunded

3.3 After Work Completion

  • No refunds for completed and delivered work
  • We offer free bug fixes within 30 days of delivery
  • Additional changes are billed separately

4. Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via WayForPay
  • Bank transfer (for invoices over €500)

4.2 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Card payments: refunded to the same card (3-10 business days)
  • Bank transfers: refunded to the originating account (5-10 business days)

4.3 Transaction Fees

  • Payment processing fees charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable
  • The refund amount equals the original payment minus any transaction fees
  • This applies to all payment methods (cards, bank transfers)

5. Currency

  • All prices are listed in EUR (Euro)
  • Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment
  • Exchange rate differences are not compensated

6. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision:

2. We will review your case within 5 business days

3. If unresolved, disputes are governed by Ukrainian law
